1. Employees of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (hereinafter “Hindustan Petroleum”) and their families, Hindustan Petroleum Dealers & Distributors, Employees of Hindustan Petroleum Dealers & Distributors, Employees of Advertising Agencies of Hindustan Petroleum, other Channel partners/Sponsors/Service providers/Sponsors/Event managers, etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. Participation in this offer is deemed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The offer commences on 01-09-2024 and closes on 01-11-2024 ("60 Days Offer Period"). Any entries received after 12:00 midnight on 01-11-2024 will not be considered.
4. By entering into this offer, Customers agree that the information SMSed or sent by QR scan and the mobile numbers from which the SMS entry is received, shall be used by Hindustan Petroleum or their Channel partners of the campaign for the administration of the draw and sharing the same with the sponsors. Hindustan Petroleum or its authorized agents, as applicable, can also use the information/mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or for communication of future promotions and other messages to the participants of this offer.
5. This offer is only open to Indian Citizens aged 18 years and above, based on an ID proof. Hindustan Petroleum shall not be liable or responsible if, for any reason, the customer is not able to send or receive SMS due to a technical error, network issue, or otherwise. The rates, as applicable, shall be charged by their respective service providers for the SMS being sent to take part in the offer. A Customer can participate any number of times and share his feedback too as many times as long as this is within the purview of the scheme details.

7. The customer is required to preserve the original bill of the fuel purchase used to enter the offer to claim any prizes won. Loss or mutilation of the original bill will disqualify the customer. No photocopies of bills will be accepted.
8. Hindustan Petroleum reserves the right to conduct verification of the bills issued to customers from the retail outlets.
9. Winners will be notified through tele-calling or SMS on the date and time of the prize distribution. Winners must produce the original bill, along with identification proof (PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving license/Aadhar) and proof of mobile ownership, at the time of collecting the prizes. Prizes will be handed over to the winners in person immediately upon receipt of the original bill, identification proof copy, proof of mobile ownership, and confirmation that all due formalities and terms and conditions have been met.
10. If customers are unable to produce any of the above-mentioned documents or cannot be contacted within one week of notification, they will forfeit the prizes. In this case, the next customer in the order chosen by the panel will be considered for the prizes.
11. The selected mobile numbers will be contacted by our backend operator for further processing. If the mobile number has been changed, terminated, blocked, or is out of reach, Hindustan Petroleum will not be held liable for not being able to communicate or deliver the prizes to the concerned winner.
12. All statutory levies, including income tax, gift tax, other taxes, duties, octroi, etc., or other additional charges like the cost of transporting the prizes to the winner’s residence, as applicable on the prizes, shall be borne by the concerned prize winner.
13. No queries, clarifications, or suggestions will be entertained regarding the modality or the selection process, which is entirely at the discretion of Hindustan Petroleum.
14. Travel arrangements, boarding, and lodging, if any, for availing the prizes under this offer shall not be the responsibility of Hindustan Petroleum. Prize winners shall have to make their own arrangements for travel, boarding, lodging, etc., at all times.
15. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer shall not be combined with any other Hindustan Petroleum Promotional or Discount Offer.
16. No claims on guarantee, warranty, replacement, or exchange of prizes shall be entertained after the collection of the prizes by the prize winners.
17. The decision of Hindustan Petroleum shall be final, binding, and non-contestable. Hindustan Petroleum reserves the right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained on this account.
18. Hindustan Petroleum also reserves the right to audit any/all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the offer have been met and to request additional information regarding any and/or all such claims along with supporting documents.
19. Hindustan Petroleum and its partners/sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft, or any other mishap whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoyment of the prizes.
20. As a general rule, no correspondence will be entered into. Correspondence, if any, will be solely at the discretion of Hindustan Petroleum.
21. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation/information shall result in disqualification from this promotion and from all/any future Hindustan Petroleum promotions. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation/information may also result in the initiation of civil or criminal proceedings against the party by Hindustan Petroleum and/or its partners.
22. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
23. Upon participation, the customer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of the campaign.
24. The campaign is valid for a period of 60 days.
25. The offer is valid only at the selected 300 petrol pumps in the Kerala regional office and as per the outlets list enclosed in the blog.
26. No communication from customers will be entertained regarding the selection of prizes.
27. Prizes (selection of prize winners) will be conducted based on the highest fuel purchased at an HPCL Outlet during the campaign period through a committee formed by HPCL.
28. The decision of HPCL and its committee is final.
29. Customers selected for the prizes can claim them after providing proof of submission of all necessary documents and payment of insurance, registration, and gift tax, as applicable.
30. Customers have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay if they are selected to claim the prizes in the lucky draw.
31. Neither HPCL nor the agency can be held responsible for the performance of the product or prizes.
